Why do my eyed get red after intense workout, i also have severe eyebags

i would turn purple too and would have a bleeding nose and sometimes red eyes
dunno why either
prolly has to do with blood circulation i guess

turning purple --> lack of oxygen in the region

bleeding nose / red eyes --> high blood pressure
