I wear lenses and used to always raise eyebrows and squint for less uee. After couple of hours eyes end up looking like this. I thought it was about sleeping well, but it isnt really that much the case. Solution? Also i hate when lower eyelid becomes more puffy and less lean when the eyes get tired.

Too much mechanical stress to the eyelids.

The obicularis oculi is a muscle. By squinting, you're training and using it. Like any muscle, its energy depletes. So it's harder to squint and starts falling down to rest.

This is temporary however. Actual UEE is usually bone related + lack of crease + maybe eye prominence

If i dont squint all the time and try to hold my eyes closed, tears start to occur in my eyes after like 5 seconds of keeping them open

lower eyelid retraction

The lower eyelid also needs to rest, so it retracts, down just like the upper eyelid. Though actual lower eyelid retraction doesn't exist [It's usually bulging eyes that do that]

This is also temporary

Long term use of lenses causes keratoconus my mother suffers from it and it causes her eyes to become tired easy.

Show your eyes looking forward and not down, but your lacking soft tissue/fat above the eye in that picture, however you arent lacking it in the second which is quite confusing. i wouldve said to get fat grafting of some sort to add that volume but not fully sure now since the pictures details are inconsistent.

Second one seems fine ngl, i mean you could do some botox around the place but it doesnt seem it be a jelly roll which is causing this, honestly unsure but i wouldnt be too bothered by it, and ofc squinting makes it appear worse.

Lower eyelid retraction surgery? canthopexy or plasty etc, spacer grafts etc..?
LERS is only viable to those with proptosis anyway. The obicularis oculi gets tired.... It's not a fat issue, and he has ideal canthal tilt, why cantho? for PFL?

Second one is the first one chronologically ( was made in the morning)

No its not lmao, for example if you had a failed/botched bleph, its likely your lower eyelid will be sagging. Then a Lower eyelid retraction surgery is performed to bring it up, cantho is usually combined with lower eyelid retraction aswell to make your eye look better since the corner area would also be drooping/sagging. However he does not need any lower eyelid retraction or any surgery at all, maybe a fatgraft on his upper eyelid to add fat, however in the second image it looks normal and doesnt look like he needs fat so thats why im confused.

Scleral show can also just be genetic aswell so surgery like LERS is performed for that.

You dont need anything and your eyes dont look tired on the second one, the first one though i wouldve said just fat grafting for the upper eyelid exposure
