why do my lower cheeks swell up sometimes?

does anyone else notice this? i have spent MONTHS trying to find out whats the cause behind it but i cannot figure out

my maxilla is very good and when my lower cheeks are lean, my small zygos' projection is enough to create an amazing 3/4 angle, making me GL, however when my lower cheeks (next to mouth area) are puffy, they are exactly as wide as my zygos making me look like a non-striking ugly potato

isnt that attractive tbh bro? Isn't that the orbicularis oris muscle? If that is the muscle it isnt a problem and is actually good.
