Why do niggas dirty talk in 3rd person?

Why do they do it?

I mean, it sounds more hilarious than hot right?

Examples:

"Mmm.. nigga finna bust a nut in yo ass"
"Mm.. spread them cheeks for a real nigga"
"Nigga gon give you backshots now babygirl"

"Mhmmm.. homegirl gon suck a white boi dry rn"
"Ahh yeah.. dick down this black girl real good"

Is this actually dirty talking meta?

I don't think the second conversation is realistic.
I can see the first conversation happening. The black guys is clearly trying to leverage his being black to his advantage (presumably he is talking to a white girl). By constantly reminder the white girl he is black he is hoping to achieve 2 things, 1. guilt the white girl into tolerating his ghetto vulgarity and not just giving him a cold shoulder and walking away. 2. possibly trigger some daddy issues she has or some kink black guy issue she has.
