Well, I do know that way too many teens in nordic countries are addicted to energy drinks for one. I think it's just a matter of we get feed well as a child. But then when we get more freedom, we start eating worse shit. But I'm not really sure tbh just a theory
You dont get it. They are "white" because they live in relatively northern places which has less sun exposure. Therefore their skin color has adapted and turned out white. (White skin absorbs sunlight better to produce vitD) Diet affects as well and this is the reason why Inuits are still light brown despite living in Northern Canada. Historically they have taken more vitD from foods.
They werent any better as kids. They still used to have bad coloring, non existent eyebrows etc. As i said they got mature faces. Its not aging.
