Because a womans only job is to be presentable and feminine which is beneffited by obsession over looks. Yeah but realistically, even them are frauded, for example, photos editing, squinting (sean o pry does it and probably the rest of the models), makeup etc.

But yeah anyone would want to look like them, basically looking at a good face is analyzing the features so you can replicate them (wich is hard because of different skulls and anatomy).
