thats what i was talking about, they do a deficit throughout the week (ofc some mild deficit) and then they ruin the progress for the whole week + 3 days by eating a pizza hut buffet, its only us warriors (jfl) that do 1k+ cal deficits that can recover from that(i do it tbh)
It’s fucking retarded asf but in all fairness I think it’s fine to enjoy food for a day then get back on it for a month or 2. I haven’t deviated from diet for 1.5momths or so, down 7kg. So I think enjoying food for a day then back on it for another month is a fine method and won’t hurt progress. It gets retarded when they do it once a week. That’s how you make no progress.

No. Reta is the most sustainable GLP1 to use with no sides. Sema is probably a bit too harsh to run year round, and probably has the most sides. Tirz is redundant since Reta exists. You’re right. As long as it’s not a regular thing like normies do, like once a week, i think it’s fine. If it’s once a month or so, even if you have a decently big cheat of 5k calories, you’ve only really set yourself back 2/3 days (assuming your maintenance is 2500-3000 and do 1k deficit a day)As long as you 'somewhat' stick to the plan, it's okay to fuck it up a little - we have one life (as far as I know) & it's not only about leanmaxxing....

That only happens to me on no carbs for a whole. Cravings go away. But it’s a retardrf diet is you do any physical activity or gym. Crabs are as important as protein if you are trying to build or maintain muscle mass.I can only speak for my own experience.
