Therapy imo doesn’t work for men because it focuses more on talking than solving. Most men need structure, direction and most importantly results. not just emotional validation that women get. It is like paid venting rather than real progress more of a temporary cope than a proper fix. I have gone for therapy and it didn't help me much tbh. What does work is dispcline structure and results. joining the army is a good cope for this.
