Girls used to complement me every single day in sixth form it became so common I kind of had a typical “I’m the shit” attitude girls have nowadays.

Amazing to look back at those times I had no idea how good I had it. Typically if your not HTN+ you won’t ever get complimented, chads get it maybe daily, chadlites weekly, HTNs maybe monthly or once every week

If you look at tiktoks of people with genetic defects that are genuinely deformed and objectively ugly, you will notice that the comments are filled with replies like "you are soooo beatiful omg".

They say it because they view themselves above you, they get a sense of being a "saviour" by complementing you, which gives them a dopamine boost. Wheras if you look good, people are more intimidated and don't feel like they are above you, they don't think that you need to be complimented, as it is obvious, and they fear the vulnerability that they put on themselves when complimenting you. that fear of vulnerability doesn't exist if you are ugly, because they KNOW that they are better than you, and that you can't hurt them.

I've gotten compliments by girls plenty of times, simply for being tall and beating every guy at school in arm wrestling. also for haircuts/clothes. girls have even told me that they wished they had a nose like mine. Though I personally don't like my nose a whole lot, its small and upturned, I think males should have more of a sturdy roman nose. it is what it is.
