No, it's just the main character syndrome, and so lack of instinct for self-preservation (they believe there are no consequences for their actions because reality has never before given them negative feedback/held them accountable for what they did)

They think that all of life is about them, and all of us around them are just props / NPCs which we continue to orbit daily in their life story

It is often found in people with a low level of conscientiousness & very religious people

(who often believe that they will go to heaven for free, just because they were born directly into the right religion, and every other being outside of them will go to hell, just because they didn't decide to join their religion)

who see everything very black and white, who don't know how to externalize things, put them in context and see things from the other person's perspective / see things from the outside, in the bigger picture
