Why do only older people compliment me

Like my dads friend whenever he sees me the first thing he says in compliment me. Hes done this two times in a row now. When i was at a wedding this uncle dude said i look really good like i could be an actor or a front page model. My cousin who just got married his wife said i have nice hair and asked for my routine. My aunty said a few years back that ive glown up. Ive got a few compliments from guys my age too saying why are your shoulders so wide, you look majestic etc etc but I’ve never been approached and a girl has never complimented me on my general face only on my lashes or my eyebrows. Girls have only complimented me on my face online. I think it’s probably because im not really appealmaxxed at all. Im not tall, i dont wear the usual uk nike drip, i dont have curls or an edgar. The only uk appealmaxxed thing i have is mustache + goatee. Im paler than the average brown boy and i have long slightly wavy middle parted hair so i think i have more of a classy look to me which is why only older people usually compliment me. This really just proves me point that uk is all about appealmaxxing and being outgoing even more. I know i basically answered my own question but i hope you enjoyed the rant and learnt something.
