Why do oral minox sides occur?

What causes oral Minoxdil sides to occur on a dosage of 1.25-2.5MG, I get sides from 1.25 that includes chest tightness and shortness of breath. Does anyone know how to combat this I would love to indulge myself in this beautiful pharmaceutical.
