they only fully support me gymcelling , even on that its 2 sided and they dont like me dieting and taking supplements

That's not what I'm saying I'm just speculating and like I said your fathers generation was probably raised on that stigma, I bet no one in your fathers generation in ur area had an opinion opposing that stigma. Oh yeah i realized after what you meant, but our is an exception. our culture and religion is all about keeping long hair so i dont know what seems to be the problem for him, he didnt like his long hair as a kid
