Why do people act like bimax will make them gl?

That's because in theory it will ascend you. IRL most things turn out different unfortunately.

You only should do the surgery with the highest ROI, most people only need 1-2 surgeries with the highest ROI and are 90th percentile looks already.

Because the entire face is recessed if the maxilla is, unless bone mass is high they should put implants in the midface and infras and even forehead maybe to advance all the face. That's why lefort one is called dogmaxxing too

It's a complex question with a complex answer tbh. Both implants and osteotomies are done for different purposes and I would really advise people to assess that on their own special case.

Yea implants is the only good way to add bones, bimax only elongate and stretches out skin, if you have shit volume for bones you need often implants + some soft tissue surgery on top.
