Why do people act like genetics are some sort of „unbeatable“ thing?

I don’t get why people act like genetics are some sort of superpower and you can only look good natural? Getting a surgery for your canthal tilt, jaw angularity, chin height is literally the same thing and if you have a good surgeon and it suits your face it won’t look uncanny. But people say „muh genetics beat everything“ like we are in a objective factual world not some comic book. Surgery works objectively even if it’s too good to be true.

Looks, sure. But IQ, personality, how much sensation you actually feel etc are all genetic and much more brutal than just looks.

There's people who are genuinely flooded with dopamine and feel intense happiness playing video games from the 1980s or eating tasty food vs those who inject tons of hard drugs to feel even close.

No surgery coping for your brain.
