i think you can completely cover your face aswell when asking for them. They require no ID and are meant to be no questions asked, but drug addiction centres are better than the normal NHS practices/ pharmacies they can be bitchy and start asking questions

Yeah I get it kinda, I don't have drug centres close to my place so I went to a pharmacy and she asked like a hundred questions and I just gave up.
Amazon needles gave me slight PIP which disappeared once I switched to the twice cheaper pharma ones
