you're likely thinking of k shmi or kaif shami from the youtube channel "kaifshami". i think people call him ethnic because his facial features and bone structure have some mediterranean qualities that make him look arab to most. also light brown hair & olive skin tone add to this, he doesn't quite fit standard eurocentric looks. it's more of a style than strictly ethnicity tho
