I've been looking at pics of his FOIA requests and people keeping bringing this up. I feel like niggas saying that have only seen southern California in movies. Literally every other person here is ethnic. I can't wave without hitting some 5' beaner, jeet or SEA monkey. California is like 30% white or something, and a lot of the whites in the LA area are not really even white (5'7 armenian/jew/persian).
