why do people claim spain is a “white” football team when they win?

ever noticed this? when spain win they’re called “great defenders of the white race!”

when they lose they’re called “brown arab moors”…

i am afghan and have uncles and cousins who literally look like some of the players on the spanish football team

i myself have been mistaken for a spaniard several times even tho i certainly wouldn’t call myself white

if the standard for whiteness is this low then you might aswell admit millions of north africans, arabs, turks, persians, etc are also “white”

just goes to show you that the concept of “whiteness” is a joke that shouldn’t be taken seriously
