I’ve circled the seminal vesicles so you can see where they are. As this diagram should show you, there is not a ribcage in sight, and that part of the spine can hardly be called a backbone. It wasn't a update, the main reason why Usman even did this was to make sure the Quran wasn't corrupted. The COPY Muslims read today is Mushaf-e-Hafsa, kept safely by Hafsa, daughter of second caliph in order to make sure the Quran is preserved
