Why do people die from overdoses and cool things how come they don’t die from overeating or falling down the stairs and breaking their neck

All the cool celebs and bad boys die by being shot or from fentanyl overdose. It makes me jealous I wish that was me.

I wish I could be a medical examiner and lie about their death and tell the world they died from falling down the stairs and breaking their neck or slipping on water and busting their head open or even dying of a heart attack due to too much fast food.

Basically whenever someone dies of fentanyl I get jealous and wish I was them
