I seriously dont get it, their main point is that it will migrate which is an easy fix depending on the filler used but e.g if its HA its easily dissolvable and also filler is so much cheaper than surgery, im booked in for under eye filler and in the future will get jaw, chin and midface/cheek filler because some results ive seen are absolutely insane, of course ill look into implants later on but its just such an easy solution without much negatives, since migration can be stopped with correct dissolving of filler.

Am i missing anything about the cons of filler? Im not sure

Anyone here done it or is far more educated in this topic, id appreciate your thoughts.

Migration rate is from 1-5% so most people overexaggerate

Periosteal injection , right type of filler for each place , right injector , and not overfilling.

Because they did zero research and Heard oh it micrates

Also filler is 800-1600 per syringe you might use 4 lasting 6 months

At that point implants is like 10k in turkey

Filler is not that expensive??

8ml is around £1200 which is plenty btw you likely need like 4ml unless your a recessed goblin

post results when you get it done, a lot of retards here shit on filler but it has good ROI in my opinion

Because it's temporary, migrates most notably in the lips + it never truly goes away, (in the sense that, even if you get it dissolved, it will still be noticeable on an MRI and CT scan.)
