Why do people don't rep

I am tired no-one reps like wtf.
People just rep the users with already good post to rep ratio
Like the rich is getting richer
We should start the fucking october revolution over again
But instead of being the fucking commies
We the rep peasants will unite against y'all
Like I deadass usually write entire paragraphs trying to be helpful and someone just say the most retarded shit and get reps ( I am sure if this has comments it will happen again)
