Why do people driving cars honk horn at me when im walking/running?

This has happened to me about 5 6 times in the past couple of months. When I'm walking/running listening to music someone who drives near me honks their horn. Clearly they're honking because there's no other vehicle nearby.

I'm not sure what it means.

Sometimes when I riding my bike someone will yell something out the window at me as they are driving by. And no, it isn't a situation where I am obstructing traffic or doing something stupid. I have no idea what they are yelling. lol at yelling things out windows when you are driving 30+ mph and expecting people to understand what you are saying.

Most people have no business driving a car but it pays government lots of dollars + working class people see driving an expensive car as a symbol of success.

Essentially a lot of people are stupid + driving makes them feel powerful even if they’re a complete subhuman.
