Are there any real benefits to consuming blood?

Protein has a higher thermic effect than the 2 other macros which means it takes more calories to digest protein compared to carbs and fats so higher protein can help you lose weight. Protein is also more satiating than carbs and fats. I personally only do 1 gram per lb

yeah, the reason why the 0.8g/lb figure even exists in the first place is because it's 2 pounds of fatty red meat

150 grams of protein is ideal for most people, over that like 200 is too much and under like 100 is too little.

ive been eating raw meat and drinking raw eggs. now i cant eat cooked meat too much or i will feel like shit

It's just sugar that's the problem
All carbohydrates metabolize into glucose (sugar), except for fructose which is converted into triglycerides in the liver.

So all carbohydrates = sugar, therefor is low IQ to consume.

Milk and fruit, the two most healthy carbohydrate sources are sugar
