Why do people eat so much protein?

Nigga you unironically eat raw meat you're not worth my energy
Oh, it makes sense now. How foolish of me to give the time of day to a specimen such as yourself!

I don't deliberately eat alot.
But I average 500g ground beef which is 100g then some cheese and 5 eggs and that's an effortless 150 g and I'm not even trying to eat alot on purpose

It’s giving you no benefits after like 0.75g/lb of body weight

So if you weigh 160 lbs eat 120g of protein and fill the rest with fat and some carbs
tf is lbs nigga use kilograms

1g of protein per body weight in kgs is what’s medically recommended for an average human. If you weigh 70kgs, 70g of protein everyday is gonna keep your body in a metabolically healthy state.

If you hit the gym and increase muscle building through the help of diet too, you can increase that protein intake by 50% max, this would be around 105g protein for a 70kg human, which is more than sufficient for him to build 5kgs of muscle in a year naturally.

Excessive defecation and flatuence indicates high protein intake, more than what body could utilise.

Gymcel copers are cringe normgroids trying to act muh based by saying you need 289g of protein a day just to stay fit. 5 out of top 10 of your favourite influencers aren’t living past 50 and that’s the truth.

Raw carnivore supplies you with every nutrient required due to natural selection pressures from our ancestors.

Your gut health will improve by removing exogenous (outside) sources of carbohydrates and fiber.

Those are poison.
Where do you get vitamin c vitamin k magnesium potassium etc those are all found mostly in fruits dairy veggies

From the study you linked.

Protein supplementation beyond total protein intakes of 1.62 g/kg/day resulted in no further RET-induced gains in FFM.

So that's kg, not lbs.

So that would be 3.57 grams per lb.

So I'm 200 lbs, right, so that would be 714 grams of protein a day.

That's 119 Eggs in a day or
or 5.25 lbs of Chicken in day

It's huge amount of protein. I'm mean, I'm not going to eat that much protein most days, I don't really give a fuck, but yah... so much protein for optimal gains according to this meta analysis you have linked us.

I eat other things because I care my overall health more, but as a general rule from this study you linked, the more protein you consume the more muscle mass you can build and maintain.
You did the math wrong

You should’ve multiplied the kg by 2.2

You aren’t competent enough to understand what meat and animal fat is consisted of nor have the ability to read the scientific literature properly.

True like liver, but you would need to eat a lot of it to get it RDI.
Nutrient balance is also very important, you don’t need as much of certain vitamins if you are not inhibiting its absorption from counteracting vitamins and minerals. It’s all very complicated and just looking at the amount of nutrients on paper isn’t justified

Ok, so one KG is 2.205 lbs.

So we multiply both sides of the equation by 2.205

1.62g per 1 kg
(*2.205) (*2.205)
3.5721g per 2.205 kg
=
3.5721g per 1 lb

Dude you're so fucking right I just jfl at all the faggoty info out there saying that you need 2gm of protein per kg 😂😂

That is outlandish. No one gets that amount of protein without overeating or literally turning into a protein drink.

It's a lie spread by the supplement industry

All whey protein and creatine do is cause hair loss 😂😂

Does it help you get clear skin
Helped fix some eczema and also makes me feel cool as fuck eating a raw dead animal

Overall my skin is clearer and reducing overall stress to my body since I stopped being a gymcel helped with my development since I have been eating raw with some cooked meat and fruits for years

Recently started mixing coagulated veal blood with raw milk and honey and it looks like a strawberry milkshake and tastes delicious

Fruits are fine as long as their wild and not sprayed with chemicals and raw honey and milk are quite healthy, you should look at the diet of some of the tallest people in the world like the Dinka and even generations used to eat raw in Norwegian countries but the ZOG enforced people to not eat raw and drink raw products
