Is it so they don’t have to admit that they are doing drugs? Or is because of its legality.

Wdyt?

And it’s a hard drug too

because it's liquid and socially acceptable

Many chems are liquid when not made into a salt. Socially acceptable true

not the point, am saying it's easier, more available, and so considered by and large a drink, instead of pills or powder that can be inhaled et cetera

Yeah but if some guy sits drinking himself spastic while saying I don’t do drugs. If made aware of the fact it is a drug it’s either denied or shrugged off.

if amphetamines were in liquid form and readily available then it would be the new coffee

one of the fundamental reason for the distinction between hard and soft drugs isn't how dangerous it is in itself, but how it may affect on a large scale, and for how long has it been in coexistence with humans. some chemicals are novel and there's not enough understanding, so it may remain largely criminalized until the pharmacology is settled

we have been drinking alcohol for a long time, probably even adapted to it epigenetically, not sure

Amphetamine base is a liquid lol

Yes the pharmacodynamic and kinetics of ethanol are well established. So are those of morphine/heroin other opioids. Cocaine and amphetamine too.

In our Chem labs we use often ether and chloroform as solvents. One day I was alone I was just sniffing a shit load of those and it was fun. My synthesis got fucked tho
