So ideally there is somebody for everyone. Women want to date a guy that is taller then them. So in an optimal scenario tall men would date tall women, normal height men would date normal height women and short men would date short women. If everyone did this, this would make the most people happy. A short woman dating a tall man upsets the balance. because your being "greedy" at the expense of others. A short woman doesn't need all the extra height a tall man brings.

lets say you went to a hotel room and you had 3 beds, one big, one medium on small. If your the smallest person there you should use the smallest bed. You fit into the smallest bed and the big person can take the big bed, and the medium person the medium bed. Everyone now gets a comfy night sleep. Instead the smallest person now takes the largest bed. Sure the smallest person is now extra comfy but they have fucked over the big person. Now the big person either has to take the medium bed, fucking over the medium person, or take the small bed, which is even less comfortable then the medium bed.

Tall women get mad because they want to date tall men. Tall men are rare, so when a short woman "steals" a tall man, tall women get mad because their is less options for them. Short men also get mad because they can't date the tall women. If the short women date the tall men, who will the short men date?

When you here posts about a 5ft 2 woman dating a 6ft 6 guy, its disheartening for short men because they can't compete. Its also disheartening for the tall women who are struggling to find a guy that makes them feel small.

Personally I feel extreme height differences are comedic. Your ideal partner should be at a dancing partner height. So about 6 inches or less. Ideally your not at the point where you both have to constantly strain to show eachother affection.
