true majority of people arent born psychos or mass killers they are made into them from the treatment of others and of ideologies that lead them to a path of radicalism. of course that shouldn't excuse them of their actions but we can still look at their past and realize what led up to that and take preventive steps to ensure that the same incident doesn't happen again but many people are just to lazy and turn a blind eye from what I've seen.
