Why do people grow more facial hair when they get older

I’m 19 and I realized I’ve been growing facial hair in more areas since I was 14, it started from my neck and now it’s most of my face, there was even a huge difference between this year and last year.




My grandpa had a full beard maybe I can have one when I’m older.

How can I speed this up?

And how come this doesn’t happen to some guys?

IT should have a slight effect. Look at FTM transsexuals, they can grow beards due to hormonal therapy

Yep you could also take HGH, I've noticed a big increase in hair growth from it myself.

DHT overtime matures the hairs on your face.

I have much more beard at 26 than I even did in my early 20s.

But you'll see most of your beard gains by around age 20

No, that will do nothing to improve your beard. It's genetic. Look at hte men in your family. If all of them have thick beards, you probably will one day as well.
