Holy Fuck that's brutal.
I had a similar problem, tho not nearly as bad. You should buy 100 or 200 followers to not seem like a total loser. Then set your profile to private. Have a good profile pic (photoshop if necessary). Then follow mutual friends, or show your ig on your tinder bio to get more real followers. You're already at rock bottom, so at this point you have nothing left to lose. Fake it til you make it. Worked for me.
