Hey get a grip (huehuehue), your genetics is a kind of ceiling which can be broken by epigenetics like nutrition, emotional health, habits. So its conducive to grow up in the west for best gains due to optimal nutrition and optimal stress to benefits ie good stress like sport instead of those bob snd vegene ethnic people who are posted here who are not even in the game. Because they were stressed with the bad kind like having the responsibility of their family on their shoulders since they were like 10 years old.

this definitely doesnt mean you have to be born in the west. Many supermodels just grew up on farms working there and eating hard food and no soy shit or bby food thereby providing optimal growth conditions (the way were supposed to grow up weston price style)
