Just be disciplined and lose weight the normal way you morons. Why destroy your metabolism just to lose 10lbs of water/muscle in a couple of weeks, turning you from skinny-fat to even more skinny-fat. Anybody that has done it is welcome to argue the positives if they want, genuinely intrigued.
