Why do people here glaze so much muscle mass ?

Delon was literally just lean and he's still a sex symbol, why do people cope so much about muscle mass and getting big

I'm 6'5 myself and skinny lean, I've never felt the need to add 20 pounds of muscle or torturing myself 6 times a week eating dogfood
