I’ve already noticed some more attention after just gaining about 10lbs, and I’m still skinny.

Being big is like a woman having a slim waist with a big ass, it makes men much more attractive

I've gained 60 lbs in the past 4 months and only 2% more bodyfat. It makes 0 difference. Muscles don't matter at all. Face > all.

body is above height, and I'm not implying a body type like AlphaDestiny but a lean, tanned and tatted body (RTT).

muscles are the easiest and most effective smv boost there is, I would say 10kg more of muscle mass usually boost your smv more than lets say some aspie surgery such as infraorbital rim implants etc

but of course still face is KING, its the most important thing because nothing will work for u if your face is too ugly to begin with, still it doesnt mean that other things are not important

thats a very simple thing to understand but niggas here seem to have a hard time grasping this concept

A part of your frame is muscles, I don’t understand why people here act like your shoulders have only bones and no muscles. If seid lost his muscles his frame would become smaller.

I have a deep ass voice, I’m sure it helps but I would trade it for 30lbs of muscle in a heart beat

If you want to know how much one variable matters, like muscles, you have to keep the other variables the same. If some guy gained 30lbs of muscle, would he be more attractive or less attractive? More obviously.

You can’t compare a muscular short ugly guy to a skinny tall handsome guy. That’s not how logic works
