getting ur stuff seized by customs is the big risk, most of them post janoshik verified test results of the batch they are selling + good reputation makes them easier to trust at least for some known compounds.

The only way to get your hands on these is through underground labs. No GP nor specialist is even capable of prescribing these to you yet or ever.
Hardly any people talk about actual appetite suppression, rather fat loss, nutrient partitioning, etc., because if you have an issue with your appetite, then you don't want it bad enough...

Appetite suppression is not something you need a pharmaceutical for. You are incapable of mimicking the effects of Retatrutide and/or DNP naturally, "appetite suppression" is only necessary when you can't put the fork down (an issue of willpower; completely different).
