Why do people here think steroids make you more “dimorphic”

Steroids age you. So you could be 20 and look like you’re 30 if you take steroids.

For some reason people here interpret that as looking more dimorphic and have convinced themselves it’s a good thing. Why?

When a man ages, he does get more masculine it's a fact.

Steroids cause some aging in a sense that your internal body takes the brunt of that. As a consequence, your body on the outside can reflect your gear usage. Rugged skin, grainy muscles and more pronounced facial bones.. Associated with the steroids themselves changing drastically your biology because of the unnatural transformation.

So you already answered your own question ; to look more masculine.

Substances you can recommend for dimorphism?

Well that's an odd request and I'm not an expert but almost all nandrolone and 19-nortestosterone derivatives have some significant impact. So Deca and Tren pretty much.

I would argue they get more masculine solely because fat distribution changes and face looks more angular. not because the skin gets worse, women can have dogshit skin and it doesn't make them look more masc, just older.

Yes the skin does not get worse per say, you are correct. But the level of expansion of the muscle mass causes the skin to stretch beyond "normal" level and collagen is impacted as well. It shows with that granite look that only steroids can give.

More dimorphic good. Worse health indicators and less youthful 20s to 30s age range appearance not good. A man can age with good collagen and the skin still starts to look more rugged in a way that’s hard to explain. Like Brad Pitt. I think two glassy smooth clear skin can start to look girly. Most models from 90s through the 2010s have the ideal skin. Distinctly androgen looking but good quality but thick. A lot of female skin perception is makeup so it’s hard to tell when and when not women are wearing what bc they lie so much. But yeah having a squarer wide jaw and deeper set low brow eye area is good. Wider zygos that extend backwards. Strong supraorbitals. Why would u want to not look more dimorphic. A crappy beard and withered skin is not dimorphic. Looking older is not looking more manly by its self. That only enhances it if ur already dimorphic at a younger age.
