- Recessed Maxilla
- Tiny Head/Short Skull
- Recessed jaw/chin
- Sometimes severe recession too
- Flat jaw,no mandible,shit fucking Skull shape
- Recessed Forehead,Zero Browridge
- Poor underye support because of maxillary recession

But out of these the most brutal ones are recessed jaw and recessed chin.Also,tiny and compressed skulls
