a lot of players in the Nippon League are actually better than the Japanese players in the MLB but prefer to stay in Japan, since they'd be taking a paycut in the MLB
Why do people keep saying that Asians are unathletic when Japanese players dominate the MLB?

because in terms of athletic requirement, baseball doesn't have much. look at american baseball players with their fat asses. if you're a skinny fat estromorphic jap, your big estrogenic ass would allow you to excel at baseball sliding around without worry.
it's like cricket, it's where the weaker males go. you're stationary most of the time, if not standing, you're sitting in the dug out. it requires short momentary bursts of energy, so stamina and conditioning is not a big requirement, it requires very bsic rudimentary movements, throw, swing, and run.
a lot of people like to cope that it's the thinking man's sport because even nerds can play and many nerds also enjoy it because it doesn't make them feel mogged
