You specified shy, introverted, aspie. As long as he's not coming off as creepy these traits on an attractive man will seem endearing to women. If he has genuinely creepy behavior it's a different story. But with those traits you listed they will continuously lower the bar for him, women don't typically approach but they will make it painfully obvious until even the most aspie dude understands their intentions.
