One eye apart is good, but eye separation ratio has a better way of defining your true eye spacing, men just look better with 0.445 to 0.455

You're forgetting that men have way wider and larger skills than women, as a result the higher interpupillary distance is compensated by the larger skull. And I'm not talking cyclops interpupillary distance, just slightly narrow set eyes.
