Why do people on steroids have such a developed skull

I’m aware that there is no peptide/steroid that will give you bone growth and fix your recessions. But I’m wondering why do people on test, hgh, or who blast steroids have such a masculine skull (I’m not talking about people with acromegaly)

I understand it. So a similar comparison would be swimmers don’t have long clavicles because of swimming they are swimmers because they have long clavicles. My bad if it sounds weird it’s 2 am right now

This is true . It isn't because clavicles themselves allow for better performance, it's rather that wide clavicles = big ribcage = more lung capacity .
