All you need for a top 5% physique is bring your muscle to failure every week, eat right and then be consistent with it. Muh bullshit routines and protocols. Muh science based. Muh athleanx.

This is true people that say that they can’t put on
muscles don’t train hard enough or don’t eat enough it’s always one of those cases usually.

Most people are just straight up undisciplined and lazy that’s why they do 3 sets of biceps curls per week and think that will actually be enough to build muscles not only that science based lifers are advocating to do 2 sets of 6 reps nowdays to minimize fatigue and saying that it will build the same amount of muscles as someone doing 6 sets of 10 biceps curls per workout which is absurd.
