Why do people rate themselves 7

Every time someone gets questioned to rate themselves its always seven, most of the time theyre actually a 4 or 5, should we start telling people to rate themselves without the use of the number 7?

they rate themselves like movies. not really with a bell curve or specific features in mind. 7 out of ten movie is decent. they think they are decent looking.

ppl just don't understand PSL or looks or features. their face is normal to them so they don't actually know what constitutes an attractive face some ppl still repeat the sentiment that being ugly is ur fault lmao
