its about culture, african immigrants are typically seen as hard-working and traditional. African Americans are seen as lazy, loud, and violent.

Africans migrants in my country are very friendly and polite. They are also not violent and know how to take care of themselves unlike the immigrants we get from Pakistan and Bangladesh.

This is just from what I've experienced in MY country though.

I don’t understand this fully, but here are my thoughts.

at least in the US, our immigration system tries to select for competent applicants. In most cases, this process filters out the booty scratchers, cannibals, and witch doctors. So white brah in america mostly gonna interact with somewhat upstanding Africans (unless they’re illegals or refugees) and scum of the Earth black Americans. This phenomenon creates the stereotypical distinction you speak of.

I have noticed that european brahs don’t have the same positive bias for Hamites.
Africans can enter Europe without the American filtration process and as a sample group, will be more representative of African society.
