Why do people say buccal fat removal makes you age like shit, but not leanmaxxing?

When you leanmax your overall body gets leaner but you keep necessary fat buccal fat removal on the other hand from my understanding is more targeted and permanently removes deeper fat pads that are necessary to age and being fat is not the method to look youthful it honestly does the opposite in most cases

Leanmaxing primarily burns brown fat that is bad for you and buccal removal cuts out white fat that is there naturally and can’t be burned away.
