Why do people say eye area can’t be improved a lot?

As long as your eyes aren’t totally fucked and you have a decent brow ridge and your eyes are normally set (I.e not close set or wide set eyes) your eye area can be improved astronomically.

Under eye area bad, lower eyelid exposed?
Orbital Rim Implants or Filler, will also take care of dark circles.

Sclera show?

NCT?
Canthoplasty/canthopexy and lateral techniques canes increase width of eyes.

Upper eyelid expose?
Filler

Eyes bulging out?

Only thing that can’t be improved is the IPD, placement of eyes, and definition of the inner canthus.

The most important thing is bones. A girl can tell from across the room if you have an attractive face or not. Raising your eyelid 3mm isn't gonna get you looks from across the room. Those procedures you mention help only if your eye area is like abnormally awful.
