why do people say sarms fuck endocrine system

i understand it lowers test, but with pct you will return back to base line test pretty quickly and even if you don’t pct you will still naturally return to baseline.

what am i missing?

incorrect there is always a pretty significant chance that u wont fully recover without a pct
