If you could Ascend to a whole other tier (like htn to chadlite) then It would be differ. But you cannot change your genetic footprint (robustness of the skull, Eye area) which Is what matters the most. Surgery from subhuman to normie makes more sense

The better looking you are- the less you’re held back by clear fixable failos and more things like phenotype, lack of overall robustness and sex appeal maybe height/frame etc

It’s more likely a 3 can ascend to a 4, than a 4 can to a 5, and they have a better chance still than a 5 to a 6 or a 6 to a 7 etc
