Why do people say wait y til you’ve reached genetic potential before roids?

I never understood why people say that, you’ll reach your genetic potential and beyond much faster on roids. 6 months is all you need for the androgen receptors to cling to you.

imo there's a few reasons:

high inhib makes people not see roids as maximizing your genetic potential, most see it as a hardmaxx

learned helplessness

some like the idea of possibly receiving pity for not being able to ascend further

a lot of the stigma behind hardmaxes and gear in general seemed to be fueled by fearmongering, lol.

Hardmaxxes aren't only surgeries? I thought roids were a softmaxx

There's no genetic potential

You can literally increase that "potential" with gear, thus that imaginary limit can be modified with gear itself
